Our Firm has well-established expertise in the field of company agreements - between both competitive and non-competitive entities - covering a wide range of production and/or distribution agreements between manufacturers and distributors. This requires analysing classic restrictions on competition (price fixing, market sharing, etc.) as well as the finer points of anti-trust law.
Our team of lawyers provides on-going assistance and advice to clients in the field of distribution and more particularly, on aspects regarding selective distribution and exclusive distribution, both from the standpoint of the legal compliance of these various types of distribution systems, and that of several systems on a single market.
