BCTG & Associés on the acquisition of 51% of the Aexxdis Group by FM Logistic

In July 2010, the FM Logistic group acquired 51% of the capital and voting rights of the Aexxdis group (40 million Euros turnover), a European pharmaceutical depository specialized in the transport and distribution of health products for pharmaceutical laboratories and companies specialized in well-being.
