A specialised team within the Firm provides assistance to our clients upstream to prevent difficulties (warnings, restructurings, voluntary procedures, ad hoc assignments and conciliation) and in connection with legal proceedings (insolvency, receivership and continuation of business, designing of solutions for company recovery, preparation and negotiation of business continuation, sale and liquidation plans submitted to the courts).
This field also covers assistance to creditors, both at the level of defending their interests (filing debt declarations and applying for leave to appeal out of time), as well as representing them (auditors).
Our Firm also represents investors (French/International groups) in connection with a wide range of solutions involving corporate takeovers and reorganisation schemes.
Finally, when it comes to litigation, our Firm has acquired extensive experience in defending corporate leaders, shareholders and more particularly, banking institutions (or suppliers) who are faced with insolvency proceedings that trigger their personal liability, financial liability for corporate debts or liability in tort.
