The law firm
BCTG, which was founded in the mid-seventies, is a law firm of over thirty Avocats (all the lawyers are admitted to the Paris Bar), including 12 partners. In addition, Professor Hervé Bonnard of the French Faculty of Law is attached to the firm as Of Counsel.
The firm is organised in such a way as to provide a complete range of services in the field of business law, both in France and abroad, with solid experience in the following fields in particular:
- commercial law and corporate law (including restructurings, mergers and acquisitions),
- competition law (French and European),
- distribution and consumer law (French and European),
- insolvency and bankruptcy law,
- intellectual property law,
- labour and social security law,
- real estate law.
Over the years, the firm has also specialised in various fields, including energy, industrial projects and sport.
